In a recent article reviewing one of the Nigerian microblogging websites, I had compared Gistcaster.com and a few other websites to the popular twitter.com. My reference to these websites as "twitter like" provoked a reaction from the founder of Gistcaster.com, Ademola Morebise. In a comment on the article, he strongly dissapproved of the comparison claiming his was an original idea and model. I decided to find out for myself and headed over there to register an account. My investigation led me to conclude the website is more than a "tweet" sending application.

As a follow up to my previously published review on txtoweb.com I secured the following interview with Mr Okechukwu Mba, the brain behind the website. Technuzu: Please introduces us to the people behind txtoweb.com. How did you meet each other?

Nigerianbestforum is an upcoming social network rapidly gaining membership and fast becoming a force to reckon with. Previously I compared it to one other very popular website in Nigeria on this post. My comparison then was based on the main site www.nigerianbestforum.com which is an SMF discussion board. On further investigation, I found the site had another section that was more interactive and resembled a social network site. This can be accessed via: www.nigerianbestforum.com/socialnetwork.
