The World Needs 4 Kinds of Business People (Enterprise, business, businessman, leadership)

.) The Dumb Business Person: They read past fraud cases like quarterly reports. They are always blaming somebody for their losses and never learning from it. They are a sad species of leadership in business and everybody hates them in the food chain. These types are needed to provide food for scammers and fraudsters so that they too can keep and feed their poor, innocent families. Their chief challenge is a weak ego that cannot admit being wrong and so rather than learn their lessons, they offer up an excuse as a burnt offering which in effect prevents them from avoiding such mistakes in future. It is this ego that kept them from learning when they could have done it in the first place. They are better suited to be employed in the civil service where your income has nothing to do with your output (apart from clocking time). When they die, they go to HELL!

.) The Softy Business Person: They may not be so easy to defraud but they also serve to fend for ego-tripping employees. They basically serve to take their shit and still keep them employed so they can feed their poor families who would otherwise starve to death due to a crazy parent's poor attitude. The softy cannot live with that thought because she “will be to blame” for it. They are to blame for everything from al-Qaeda attacks to tropical storms. They would probably do well in a Christian Mission Program or some other large hearted organization like Red Cross, Samaritan’s Purse, or Medecin Sans Frontiers where their softness can be better utilised. They will do well in any organization that does not need to make a profit. When they die, they probably, definitely and absolutely go to heaven.

.) The Good Business person: They are not dumb – at least that’s what they think; neither do they take shit (so much, every five minutes). Their uniqueness is in the fact that they are good. So good, in fact that, that they end up being limited by their goodness. They are sticklers to principles and values and would rather stand by it at the expense of profit. What they do not realize is that nobody actually gives a shit. They tend to be seen as conservative, often preferring to stick to what they know than try new things. They are, IMHO, scared of change preferring the status quo (no matter how old school). When they die, they go into retirement.

.) The Ruthless S.O.B Businessman: These are the real kings of business and enterprise. Don’t get me wrong please, just like in a food chain, everybody counts. However, the glory and honour will definitely go to those at the top of the food chain, without whom the entire chain makes absolutely any sense. The world of enterprise owes its present existence to these people. They are the lions and the lionesses that are too smart to be conned, too hard to be soft, and too wise to be scared of change. Without them, business would make no sense, and our great global corporations would be but street shops and local peddlers. Their chief uniqueness is in the fact that they see enterprise as a calling - theirs. They feel that not to profit is to miss heaven. They weed out conmen, sniff out nasty staffers, and yes, those lousy manipulators who manage to slip by the keenest of Good Business men. Their famous quotes are something like "you're fired!" or "hire him", which they may say several times in a single day - at times to the same person. When they die, they go into politics.
